Katherine MacKland-Rivera

Katherine Mackland-Rivera has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Katherine is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Titan.ium Platform, LLC starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at netnumber Global Data Services from April 2021 to December 2022, and as the Human Resources Manager from November 2018 to April 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Ackerman Group from November 2015 to November 2018. Katherine also held the position of Director of Training and Development at Lupoli Companies from September 2012 to November 2015. Their career started at Little Sprouts, Inc. where they served as the Executive Director from February 2006 to September 2012.

Katherine Mackland-Rivera began their education at the Academy of Notre Dame from 1995 to 1999. Katherine then pursued a degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Salem State University from 2001 to 2003. Finally, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2006, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services.
