Vickie Shoutz

Vickie Shoutz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various roles, including Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Titan Machinery since February 2024 and Adjunct Instructor at Ridgewater College since 1998, developing HR courses for companies.
