Shanequea Harris

Shanequea Harris is a seasoned professional with significant experience in learning and development, particularly in organizational training and development initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at International since May 2025, Shanequea previously held the position of Field Training Manager at Krispy Kreme from July 2022 to May 2025, where efforts focused on aligning training with operational needs across over 100 locations. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Florida International University, a Change Management Intern at Navy Federal Credit Union, a Student Consultant at the University of West Florida, and multi-faceted roles at Krispy Kreme beginning in 2011. Shanequea holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University.
