Chris Stoate

Chris Stoate has a long and varied work experience. Chris began their career in 1987 as President of LaserNetworks Inc. In 2009, they became Director of Goodwill Industries International, and then in 2012, they took on the role of Campaign Chair for United Way Oakville. From 2013 to 2020, Stoate served as Director of Oakville News, Angel One Investor Network, Oakville Federal Liberal Association, and Vice Chair Board of Directors, Director, and Director of United Way Halton & Hamilton. In 2017, they became a Volunteer Advisor for CESO-SACO, and in 2018 they were recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow for Rotary. Most recently, they were Director and CEO of TitanFile Inc. from 2014 to 2020.

Chris Stoate's education history includes attending Wells St. Public School from 1961 to 1963, St. Andrew's College from 1964 to 1970, Lycee Mignet from 1970 to 1971, The Skinners' School from 1972 to 1972, University of Toronto from 1977 to 1979, and University of Cambridge from 1973 to 1980. Chris earned a High School degree from St. Andrew's College, a Baccalaureat-es-Lettres from Lycee Mignet, A-levels from The Skinners' School, an M.A. from University of Toronto, and an MA from University of Cambridge. Theirfields of study included Academic, Philosophie, French, German, and Comparative Literature.
