Andrew Maas

Andrew Maas, PMP, has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Andrew currently serves as the Vice President of Intelligence and Defense at Titania Solutions Group, Inc. Starting in March 2022, they oversee intelligence and defense operations within the company.

Prior to this, from 2020 to February 2022, Andrew worked as the Deputy Director at Army Capability Manager- Formations Intelligence. In this role, they managed daily operations and assisted in the development of intelligence formations within the Army.

From 2018 to 2020, Andrew served as the Executive Officer at the 525th Expeditionary Military Intelligence Brigade (E-MIB). Andrew oversaw daily operations and managed projects for a deployed aerial and ground intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance task force.

In their previous roles, Andrew held positions such as Deputy Director (G2) at the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) - US Army, Executive Officer and Operations Manager at the 304th Military Intelligence Battalion, and Senior Analyst at the Command and General Staff College.

Andrew also served as the Deputy Director of Task Force Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (TFCICA) at United States Forces- Iraq J2X, and as the Counterintelligence Company Commander at C Company, 308th Military Intelligence Battalion. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as an Operations & Intelligence Officer & Advisor at the 4-1 National Police Training Team in Iraq.

Andrew's work experience also includes serving as an Aide-de-Camp to the U.S. Army Armor Center and Fort Knox Commanding General, and as an Aide-de-Camp to the Deputy Commanding General-West at the U.S. Army Armor Center.

Andrew Maas, PMP has a comprehensive education history which includes a range of degrees and certifications. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Emporia State University, a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Diploma from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Additionally, Andrew has an Associate's Degree in Intelligence Operations from Cochise College and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri. Andrew also completed the Business Development Boot Camp at Shipley and Associates. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2023, and they are an alumni of the Veteran Career Readiness Program from FourBlock, which they completed in November 2021.
