Karissa Chan

Karissa Chan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at Titanium Healthcare Inc., where efforts are focused on transforming healthcare with an inclusive model. Previously, Karissa held the position of Director of Human Resources at Gateway Group, where responsibilities included enhancing talent acquisition and employee engagement for a rapidly growing consulting firm. Prior roles include Head of People & Culture at CGTech, overseeing HR integration for acquisitions, and Director of Human Resources at Illumination Foundation, where management contributed to significant organizational growth and responses to homelessness during the COVID-19 pandemic.
