Paresh Padhya

Paresh Padhya has over 16 years of experience in financial management and leadership roles. Paresh most recently served as the Financial Director of North America for TitanX Engine Cooling, where they directed a cross-functional team and oversaw the finance operations and strategic planning in the region. Prior to that, Paresh worked as the CFO for TATA FICOSA AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they coordinated with C-suite leaders and the audit committee to ensure financial health and compliance. Paresh also has experience as Deputy General Manager of Finance at M S Tata Auto Comp Systems Limited and as a Plant Finance Manager at Tata Autocomp Gy Battery Private Limited. Earlier in their career, Paresh worked as a Management Accountant at Pall India Private Ltd. and as a Senior Executive Costing at Harsha Engineering Limited. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and strategic planning.

Paresh Padhya has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Shree V R Patel College of Commerce Mehsana. Additionally, they hold a degree in Cost and Work Accountancy (CMA) from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. Lastly, Paresh Padhya has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Gujarat University.
