Michelle Ellis

Michelle Ellis is the Area Operations Manager at Title Alliance, Ltd. Michelle has over ten years of experience in customer service and administration.

Michelle began their career as a customer service representative at Johnson Matthey. Michelle quickly rose through the ranks and became the financial coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for monthly reporting of production and accounting figures.

In 2015, Michelle left Johnson Matthey to join Infor Global as a data support analyst. Michelle was responsible for analyzing financial data and assisting with budgeting. Michelle also helped with the growth of the company's market center and business centers.

In 2020, Michelle left Infor Global to join Keller Williams Philadelphia as a market center administrator. In this role, they were responsible for managing and growing office staff at multiple locations. Michelle also coordinated all office travel, events, and training's.

In their current role as Area Operations Manager at Title Alliance, Ltd., Michelle is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple title companies. Michelle ensures that each company is meeting its goals and objectives and providing excellent customer service.

Michelle Ellis has a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Michelle also has a Certificate in HR from Villanova University.

Michelle Ellis reports to Jim Campbell, CEO. Michelle Ellis works with Sheri Bledsoe - Employee Experience Manager, Lindsay Smith - Chief Strategy Officer, and Ryan Kalalau - Director of Western Operations.
