Dhruv Kapse has three years of professional work experience. In 2021, they began working at Title21 Health Solutions as a Business Analyst and a QA Analyst. In 2020, they worked at Trusted Medical as a Data Analytics Extern, where they digitized the workflow of handling complaints, conducted root-cause analysis, created containment and permanent corrective action plans, and designed a Mock UI for Complaint Database Management System. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Aartek Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Developer, where they created Java web-based applications, deducted application's memory consumption, and identified code inefficiencies.

Dhruv Kapse has a Master's degree in Information Technology and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, obtained in 2021. Dhruv also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Acropolis Institutions, obtained in 2016. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from Coursera: Tools for Data Science (2020), What is Data Science (2020), Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) (2019), and Python Data Structures (2019).
