Joanne Barraclough

Joanne Barraclough is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Titon since November 2021. With a rich background in human resources and organizational development, Joanne has held roles such as HR Consultant at HR Elite Ltd and HR Officer at the University of Essex, where responsibilities included employee relations and policy development. Joanne's earlier experience includes positions such as Head of Organisational Development at Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Senior Consultant at Granville Sansom Management Consultancy. Additionally, Joanne has dedicated time to governance as a member of the Local Governing Body for Market Field School. An educator as well, Joanne served as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire. Joanne holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and various CIPD qualifications.
