Barbara Wachs (Schwab)

Barbara (Schwab) Wachs has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Barbara started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Dr. Vogler's Gentle Family Dentistry in 1998, where they handled various administrative tasks, such as scheduling patients, processing insurance claims, and managing billing. In 2005, they joined Sears Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning as a Human Resources Administrator, where they were responsible for interviewing candidates, managing payroll, and implementing office policies. In 2008, Barbara worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Slingsot Marketing, where they compiled the employee handbook and coordinated employee benefits. Since 2015, they have been associated with Titus Talent Strategies, initially joining as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and later progressing to the roles of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Manager, and most recently, as the Director of Talent Acquisition.
