Madison has experience in assisting in recruiting efforts, building relationships with candidates, conducting interviews, and working on various projects in Marketing, Learning and Development, HR, Data Analytics, and Business Development. Madison holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Valparaiso University.
