Astrit Leti

Astrit Leti is currently the Director of Kosovo Operations at Tive, a position they have held since October of 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at CACTTUS from October of 2018 to October of 2021. Mr. Leti has been responsible for developing and engaging in building and contemplating high quality business strategies, operational policies and strategic plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. Astrit has also lead and motivated subordinates to advance employee engagement by developing a high performing managerial team.

Mr. Leti has a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company and works with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. Astrit is also responsible for assuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitors compliance with laws and regulations. In addition, they build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

Astrit Leti has an MBA in Business Management from the IEDC - Bled School of Management.
