Head Of Global Customer Success at Tivian

Jay Hartley's work experience begins in 2004 at Hays, where they worked as a Senior Systems Analyst and later as a Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of recruitment process outsourcing solutions. In 2008, they joined ETS plc as a Senior Implementation Consultant and later became the Service Excellence Manager, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customer accounts and improving customer experience. In 2017, Jay joined Questback as an Implementation Consultant and later became a Customer Success Manager, working with various clients to deliver successful solutions and guide them towards achieving their desired outcomes. Lastly, in 2021, Jay joined Tivian as the Head of Customer Success - Europe, responsible for developing and implementing customer success strategies aligned with the company's objectives, as well as recruiting and leading a global customer success team. Jay is currently working as the Head of Global Customer Success at Tivian.

From 1994 to 1997, Jay Hartley attended Kingston University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Geography.
