Dorthe Dinesen

Dorthe Dinesen is the current HR Director at Tivoli. Dorthe has over 25 years of experience in human resources, including working as an HR Partner and HR Consultant at Post Danmark. In their current role, they are responsible for managing all HR functions for the company. This includes recruiting, training, and development of employees.

Dorthe Dinesen began their educational career by completing a HRD Diplomuddannelse at the Copenhagen Business Academy. Dorthe then went on to complete a Diplomuddannelse in Ledelse, Organisation & Erhvervsøkonomi at the Copenhagen Business School. Finally, they completed their STX in Matematisk - Samfundsfaglig Student at Solrød Gymnasium.

Dorthe Dinesen reports to Susanne Mørck Koch, CEO. They work with Martin Bakkegaard - CFO, Niels Erik Folmann - Chief Commercial Officer, and Kasper Schumacher - COO.
