Pernille Poulsen

Pernille Poulsen is a seasoned professional in the field of Dynamics 365 and CRM development, currently serving as a Dynamics 365 CE developer at Tivoli since July 2023. As the Founder and Chapter Lead of CRMUG Danmark since February 2013, Pernille has significantly contributed to the CRM community. Previous roles include Dynamics CRM 365 consultant at Pingala A/S, development manager at Visma, and lead CRM developer at Danske Bank, among others. With over two decades of experience that began as a web developer at OFiR, Pernille has held various positions that demonstrate a strong foundation in system development and management. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen and multiple Microsoft certifications, including MCSD and MCT.
