Hans Moerenhout

Hans Moerenhout is an experienced professional in organizational development and social entrepreneurship, currently serving as an organizational developer at Tiwos since March 2014, focusing on human-centered collaboration and personal leadership. Hans also co-owns and develops Rest & Breakfast "Hoeve Niks" since August 2018, enhancing a former farm into a welcoming space for community engagement. Prior experience includes roles as a city farmer and initiator at Bredase Kruidenakker, owner of HMSE, and various managerial positions at Vestia and Maasdelta Groep, where responsibilities encompassed sustainability, neighborhood management, and property administration. Hans holds an engineering degree in real estate and social housing from HBO University and has completed management training programs at De Baak and ALIA.
