Moniek Schuermans has extensive experience in human resources and coaching, currently serving in multiple roles at Tiwos since 1999, including Interne individuele coach, Coach gebiedsteams, HR-adviseur, and P&O adviseur. Moniek's responsibilities center around advising, policy development, coaching, and HR management, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, compliance with labor laws, absence management, and employee development. Moniek began a career in legal services, working as a Notarieel/juridisch medewerker at NautaDutilh and Huijbregts Notarissen prior to transitioning to HR. Academic qualifications include a degree from Fontys (Hogeschool) Tilburg and further training at Schouten en Nelissen, along with recent studies in wandelcoaching.
