William Gann (Sam)

William (Sam) Gann has extensive experience as a Utility Inspector, primarily working for Manhattan Inspection and various projects with ONEOK. William (Sam) has overseen excavation, repair, and installation of hotlines, as well as locating and flagging assets, overseeing crossings and exposed lines. William (Sam) has also been involved in the inspection and asset protection of pipelines, including clearing, matting, stringing, tie ends, bores, and cleanup.
