Luis Felipe Bicalho

Luis Felipe Bicalho is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in academia and public service. Currently serving as a lecturer at IESB and Faculdade Projeção, Bicalho teaches various law subjects, including Public and Private International Law, Administrative Law, and Human Rights, while also supervising online undergraduate studies. As a Civil Servant at TJDFT, Bicalho holds the position of Director of the Special Civil and Criminal Court in Recanto das Emas. Additionally, Bicalho contributes to public exam committees at Cebraspe and has previously supervised administrative proceedings at the Ministry of Health. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Law from The University of Manchester and various law degrees from prestigious institutions in Brazil and abroad. Bicalho is also involved in several research projects related to Human Rights, Internationalization of Law, and Mercosul Studies.
