Danielle McClary

Danielle McClary has held a variety of roles in the recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2015. Danielle began their career at UPS as an Employee Relations Supervisor and later held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist and Lead Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist. In 2021, they joined Randstad Sourceright as an Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant/Recruitment Specialist. In 2020, Danielle started Danie Mac Consulting LLC, where they served as a Senior Recruitment Specialist providing consultation in regards to efficient recruitment efforts. Danielle is currently employed at TJFACT LLC - Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques as a Corporate Lead Recruiter, and at Nolan Transportation Group (NTG) as a Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Danielle McClary is currently enrolled at Capella University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services, beginning in 2019 and expected to graduate in 2023.
