Kathleen Howell, PHR

Kathleen Howell, PHR has over 19 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Kathleen began their career in 2002 as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at The Urban Institute. In 2005, they transitioned to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where they served as a Social Studies Teacher until 2012. Kathleen then joined Onin Staffing, where they held the roles of On Site Manager and Account Supervisor. In 2014, they moved to Omni Hotels, where they served as Human Resources Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined TJFACT LLC - Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques as a Corporate Human Resources Specialist.

Kathleen Howell, PHR has an education history of a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2011 to 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in History Education from North Carolina Central University from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources PHR certification from HRCI in June 2013.
