Dr. Jharna K Pandya

Dr. Jharna K Pandya currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at GP Petroleums Ltd, a subsidiary of GP Global Group, since April 2023. With extensive experience in corporate human resources, Dr. Pandya has been a Senior Manager in Corporate Human Resources at Savita Oil Technologies Limited since February 2017, where responsibilities include strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. Previously, Dr. Pandya worked at Indoco Remedies Ltd from May 2006 to January 2017, progressing from a Management Trainee to Deputy Manager Corporate HR, gaining expertise in various HR functions such as talent acquisition and employee engagement. Dr. Pandya holds a PhD in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai, along with a Master's in Management Studies and a Bachelor's in Science from the same institution, complemented by an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
