Khadijah Salaam, MBA, MA HRM has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Khadijah has held various roles, beginning with Human Resources Representative at Gateway in 1994. Khadijah then moved to W.W. Grainger in 1999 as a Sr. Human Resources Representative, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws. In 2002, they held a role as Career Development Executive II at Full Employment Council, followed by Human Resources Lead/Consultant at Disney Direct Marketing. In 2006, they were a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at T-Mobile and also an Online Instructor at University of Phoenix. Khadijah then moved to Alorica, Inc. in 2009, where they managed a HR staff of 9 Exempt and Hourly employees and oversaw Employee Relation issues for over 800 employees. In 2015, they were a Human Resources Field Manager at HMS Host International, and in 2018, they became Corporate Human Resources Director at The Oryza Group. Khadijah currently holds this role at TJFACT LLC - Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques.

Khadijah Salaam earned their BSBA in Business Management from Missouri Western State University between 1990 and 1995. Khadijah then earned their MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University between 1996 and 1998. In 2000, they earned an M.B.A from PHR, and in 2001, they earned their MBA in Business Administration from Webster University.
