Marc Eisenberg

Marc Eisenberg is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in financial services and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at TJM Institutional Services since May 2023, Marc previously worked as General Counsel and Senior Compliance Officer at TJM EUROPE LLP, where responsibilities included the establishment of an Introducing Futures Broker in London. Prior roles include General Counsel at Belvedere Trading, LLC, and securities attorney at May Law, P.C., where Marc provided legal advice across several financial sectors. Additionally, a former CBOE/CME Open Outcry Trader with 23 years of positive trading returns, Marc holds a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a BA in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
