Maiken Paaske

Maiken Paaske is an experienced professional in the fields of venture capital, marketing, and technology. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Antler, Maiken focuses on investing in early-stage tech startups. As a Board Member and Partner at The Aventures, Maiken contributes to a venture capital firm that emphasizes innovation and diversification. Previous roles include advisory and executive consulting for various scale-ups and public companies at Paaske Advisory, as well as serving on the Advisory Board at Tjommi. As the Founder and CEO of BeautyVision, Maiken led the development of a leading Augmented Reality app in the cosmetic industry. Maiken also held significant marketing roles at companies like Lunar and Plecto, where achievements included the recognition of Lunar as a leading FinTech company. Maiken holds both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology from Aarhus University.
