Previously, at Grab, TJ Tham served as the CEO of GrabWheels, overseeing the expansion of micro-mobility in Southeast Asia, and held the role of Chief Transformation Officer at MG Group. TJ Tham's early career included leadership roles at Grab, where extensive contributions were made to the growth of GrabBike, the largest two-wheel ride-sharing service in the region, and as a Regional Launcher for ride-sharing initiatives in Southeast Asia. TJ Tham's foundation in professional development stems from a Bachelor of Music in Classical Music obtained from the Royal Northern College of Music between 2008 and 2012, along with experience as a Retail Sales Trainer and Consultant at Apple.
