Mark Rosen

Mark Rosen serves as the Head of HR Program Management Office at The TJX Companies, Inc., since February 2010, where Mark established the Global HR PMO, supporting over 350,000 employees by providing strategic program management for HR global priorities. Prior to this role, Mark worked as the Director of Global Continuous Improvement at TJX, where Mark initiated the global Lean Six Sigma and Robotics Process Automation programs. Mark's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, where significant achievements included forming a global reporting team and leading the Lean Six Sigma Program Management Office, achieving substantial cost savings. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and has completed advanced training in Lean Six Sigma and related disciplines from multiple reputable institutions.
