Rachel D.

Rachel D. is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and quality management. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Continuous Improvement at The TJX Companies, Inc. since October 2016, Rachel has also held leadership roles within the WPI Alumni Association, including Past President from 2015 to 2017. Involvement with ASQ - World Headquarters spans over a decade, during which Rachel served on the Six Sigma Forum Advisory Council, including roles as Secretary and Chair. Previously, Rachel worked as a Sr. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at KARL STORZ Endovision, Inc. and as a Quality Manager at Wyman Gordon. Rachel holds an MBA and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
