Scott Pease

Scott Pease is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the logistics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as an Area Operations Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc. since September 2016, Scott has held multiple supervisory roles focused on merchandising, accuracy control, and engineered standards. Prior experience includes positions at Norfolk Southern Corporation as an Operations Supervisor and Transportation Management Trainee, where responsibilities involved overseeing efficient railroad operations.
