Lyudmila Shvetsova

Lyudmila Shvetsova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lyudmila currently serves as the CHRO Market Cluster Greater Europe at TK Elevator, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held various CHRO roles at TK Elevator, including CHRO OU RET. Before joining TK Elevator, they worked at ThyssenKrupp Elevator as HRD Russia and Kazakhstan, and later HRD Russia, Kazakhstan, Eastern Europe, and Israel. In addition, they were a HRD at Yandex, where they developed and managed a multifunctional HR structure. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR Generalist at American Power Conversion, a Staffing Consultant at Intel Corporation, and an HR Specialist at Coca-Cola Nizhny Novgorod.

Lyudmila Shvetsova completed their Master's degree in English and German at the Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod (LUNN) from 1991 to 1996. Lyudmila later pursued a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in CIPD PDS Studies from Nottingham Trent University between 2005 and 2007.
