Sebastian Kalsbach

Sebastian Kalsbach has a range of experience in the IT field, starting with their role as IT Service Engineer at Siemens from September 2001 to March 2005. Sebastian then worked as an IT Support Technician at Computacenter from April 2005 to March 2006. From April 2006 to October 2008, they served as an IT Service Manager at Schwarz Pharma AG. Beginning in November 2008, they worked at UCB, where they held various positions including IT Service Delivery Manager, IT Project Leader Marketing & Sales, and IT Solutions Manager CLRM. Sebastian also had an overseas assignment in China as an IT Solutions Manager CLRM. In 2015, they became a Senior IT Solution Manager CLRM until March 2018. Lastly, they joined thyssenkrupp Elevator, where they have held roles such as Head of IT Transformation PMO Europe Africa, Head of IT Field Applications & PMO Europe Africa, and currently serves as Head of IT Applications, PMO & Analytics Europe Africa.

Sebastian Kalsbach has a diverse educational background. Sebastian obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Social Sciences from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, they completed a Master's degree in IT Management at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2012 to 2014. Sebastian also holds a Dipl.-W.Inform. (FH) degree in Information Technology from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, which they earned from 2006 to 2010. Furthermore, they achieved the status of IT Systems Engineer through their education at Siemens Professional Education from 2001 to 2004.
