Neal Tuley

Neal Tuley, MBA, serves as the Regional Director of Business Development at TKL Research since October 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in contract management and proposal development at IQVIA and Clinipace Worldwide. At IQVIA, from February 2015 to October 2020, Neal prepared multimillion-dollar budgets for global clinical trials and developed comprehensive proposals for clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Neal's career also includes positions as Proposal Analyst at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions and earlier roles in marketing project management and coordination. Neal holds a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Liberty University.
