Currently serving as the CEO of TKO since September 2023, Ariel Emanuel has held the position of CEO at Endeavor since 2009, demonstrating a long-standing leadership role. Prior to Endeavor, Ariel Emanuel co-founded Endeavor Agency and served as a founding partner from 1995 to June 2009. The professional journey also includes roles as a Senior Agent at International Creative Management from 1992 to 1995, Partner at Intertalent from 1990 to 1992, and Agent at Creative Artists Agency from 1987 to 1990.
