Anthony Polazzi

Anthony Polazzi is an experienced entrepreneur and investment specialist in the restaurant and franchising sectors. As President and Founder of AP Franchised Concepts, LLC, since February 2016, Anthony focuses on investing in and operating emerging restaurant businesses, addressing the funding and expertise gap for multi-concept ventures. Anthony serves on the board of multiple establishments, including Bean Sprouts Café, Han Dynasty, The Kebab Shop, Zoom Room, Inc., Honor Yoga, MyFitPod, Salubrity, and Raw Jūce. Additionally, as President & CEO of Accelerated Franchised Concepts, LLC, Anthony leads an investment entity committed to nurturing emerging franchisors with substantial capital. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Accounting with a concentration in Math from Claremont McKenna College, earned between 1994 and 1998.
