Awais Samdani has a diverse work experience in software engineering and management roles. Awais is currently working at Tkxel as a Software Line Manager, where they lead a team of 4 resources and ensures their career growth and needs are met. Prior to Tkxel, Awais worked at Intagleo Systems as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in developing digital signage solutions for skyscrapers in developed countries. Awais followed best coding techniques such as CQRS, DDD, Clean Code, SOLID, and KISS. Awais also participated in the full SDLC life cycle within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Before Intagleo Systems, Awais worked as a Software Engineer at Upwork, where they completed short-term but challenging projects. Awais demonstrated expertise in nested web-scraping, generating PDF reports, and reverse engineering React builds with lost source code.

In 2018, Awais founded their own venture called Self Projections, where they created an online CMS/Magazine platform similar to Vox or Huffpost. Awais led a team in developing the platform, which allowed writers, editors, and users to create accounts and use a feature-rich editor for writing and publishing. The platform also incorporated automated curation and editorial duties.

Throughout their career, Awais has showcased skills in software development, project management, team leadership, and utilizing modern technologies and tools like ReactJS, NextJS, and cloud services.

Awais Samdani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of the Punjab, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
