Waqas Riaz

Waqas Riaz's work experience starts in 2013 when they worked as a Freelancer providing services for Embedded system designing and tutoring for bachelor's students of Electrical Engineering. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Electronic Engineer/Research Assistant at CYber PHYsical NETworkS (CYPHYNETS) Lab, where they were involved in the design of a low-power wireless digital meter for a Hydrometry project. In 2016, they joined the Center for Water Informatics & Technology (WIT), LUMS as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until 2021. In 2021, they joined Intagleo Systems as a Senior Software Engineer and worked until 2022. Currently, in 2022, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Tkxel.

Waqas Riaz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics and Computer Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Waqas completed their studies at this institution from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Waqas also obtained several certifications. Waqas completed a course on Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools as well as a course on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, both offered by Coursera Course Certificates. Waqas obtained these certifications in January and March of 2016, respectively. Furthermore, Waqas obtained certifications in CCNA and CCNA Security from Corvit Networks, although the specific timing of these certifications is unknown.
