Thomas Igeme currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at TL Partners and Advisor-in-Residence at Musa Capital, holding these positions since 2023. Previously, Thomas was Head of Talent at Turn/River Capital from 2021 to 2023 and held various roles in education, including Instructor of Peak Performance Leadership at Stanford Continuing Studies and Guest Lecturer at Stanford University. Thomas also worked at ServiceNow as Head of Global Scaled Learning and co-founded Trybe.ai, serving as COO from 2017 to 2021. Earlier experiences include a Group Product Manager role at LinkedIn and a consulting position at The Boston Consulting Group. Thomas's research work on HIV prevention was published in the International Journal of STD and AIDS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering and a Master of Arts in Public Policy, both from Stanford University.
