Sue Jones is an experienced General Manager with a strong background in aged care management. Currently serving as General Manager at TLC Aged Care since September 2017, Sue has also held the role of Regional Operations Manager. Prior experience includes General Manager - Operations at TLC Healthcare from August 2020 to January 2023, and Clinical Support Team Manager - Victoria at Regis Aged Care from January 2012 to September 2017. In the Clinical Support Team Manager position, Sue was responsible for overseeing clinical governance across multiple sites in Victoria, ensuring high-quality person-centered care and compliance with aged care standards.
