Troy Frain

Troy serves as Principal with TLC Engineering Solutions and has more than 20 years of technology systems design and project management experience. He has provided technology design services for higher education, K-12, airports, and convention centers. Troy’s experience includes systems assessment, planning, design, implementation, and commissioning of voice and data network systems and infrastructure. He has additional expertise in physical security, specialty systems unique to the higher education market, audio visual, AVR, digital signage, and other technology systems.
