Kristen Welker

Kristen Welker is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in quality assurance and clinical operations. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Quality Assurance at TLC Management, LLC since May 2018, Kristen previously held the position of Executive Director at Wellbrooke of Westfield from January 2015 to February 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Magnolia Health Systems from January 2005 to September 2012 and as a Quality Assurance Nurse at Miller's Health Systems from July 1997 to December 2004. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Purdue University, completed between 1988 and 2003.
