Mathew Hangaika

Mathew Hangaika is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Financial Director for both MEA and Africa at TLC Worldwide since July 2023, Mathew's prior experience includes positions such as Regional Financial Controller Southern Africa at Cummins Inc. and Finance Director MEA at Xylem Inc. Mathew has managed sizable finance teams, implemented complex finance projects, and spearheaded initiatives resulting in significant revenue growth. Mathew's educational background includes an Associate Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW, a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of Johannesburg, and Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant status from ACCA. Mathew also holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
