Rachel Doherty has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachel began their career at England Sports Group in 2006 as an Assistant Tennis Coach and Office Assistant. Rachel then moved on to Colets Health & Fitness in 2012, where they held roles as a Marketing & Membership Assistant and a Duty Manager. Rachel then transitioned to KidZania London in 2014, working their way up from Marketing Executive to Brand Manager and eventually becoming the Head of Brands Development. In 2020, they joined TLC Worldwide as the Global Sales and Marketing Manager before being promoted to Head Of Global Marketing in 2022. Throughout their career, Rachel has gained expertise in marketing, branding, and sales in the fields of leisure, entertainment, and consumer behavior.

Rachel Doherty attended Hinchley Wood Secondary School from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained their GCSE in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Rachel then went on to Esher College from 2007 to 2009, studying A Levels/AS levels in PE, Psychology, Performing Arts, Dance & Sport & Leisure. Finally, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sport & Exercise Science at Nottingham Trent University from 2009 to 2012. In 2022, they obtained the CMI Level 7: Advanced Digital Marketing Programme from In Professional Development (INPD).
