David Ter Horst

David Ter Horst is a retired individual who served as the President of TLF, Inc. for over 30 years. David passed on their ownership share in January of 2021 and continued to work part-time until the end of 2022 to assist in the transition. With a degree in BSCE from the University of Michigan, David has extensive experience in structural and investigative engineering services, specializing in the design of new projects and investigations of older structures.
