Catherine Roylance

Catherine Roylance is a Knowledge Lawyer in the Employment Team at TLT LLP, a position held since April 2015, where responsibilities include providing technical, legal, and best practice know-how, as well as keeping clients and colleagues informed on the latest HR legal trends and legislation. Prior to this role, Catherine served as an Associate in the Employment, Pensions and Benefits department at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from August 2010 to April 2014, where a wide range of employment law issues were addressed. Catherine began professional training at Freshfields with various rotations, including a notable six-month secondment to the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Limited. Academically, Catherine holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Oxford and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2010. Catherine is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
