Kay Desai

Kay Desai is a Partner at TLT LLP since January 2025, following a substantial tenure at Gowling WLG from September 2005 to January 2025, where roles included Legal Director and Principal Associate. Desai has extensive experience in advising clients, notably assisting a UK Building Society with its relocation to new headquarters to support growth and guiding a national pub chain through multiple multi-million pound acquisitions, including transactions involving new builds with ongoing development obligations.
