Stephen J. McGowan

Stephen J. McGowan is a distinguished legal professional specializing in licensing, gambling, and associated matters, currently serving as Partner and Head of Licensing (Scotland) at TLT LLP since November 2012. In addition to this role, Stephen is a Trustee of the Institute of Licensing and the inaugural Chairman for the Scotland branch of the Institute. Previously, Stephen held roles as President and Trustee of The Scottish Licensed Trade Benevolent Society (The BEN) and as Chairman of BII Scotland.
