Kim Dunn is a seasoned professional in civil and environmental engineering with extensive experience in flood risk assessment and natural hazards management. Currently serving as Vice President and Natural Hazards Practice Leader at T&M Associates since February 2018, Kim focuses on enhancing community resilience to natural disasters. Prior roles include Senior Technical Client Manager handling numerous flood risk projects, and leadership positions at Dewberry, where responsibilities encompassed managing flood studies in the Mid-Atlantic and Puerto Rico, and supporting FEMA's mitigation efforts. Kim's career began at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, followed by work at Metz Engineers. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. Additionally, Kim holds a certificate in Water Efficiency from the University of Tennessee.
