Huub Verbruggen

Huub Verbruggen is an experienced project and process manager with a strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Process & Project Control at TM ROCO since March 2023, Huub oversees multiple sub-projects within one of Europe's largest initiatives. Previous roles include project management positions at Waterschap Brabantse Delta and FCC CONSTRUCCIÓN, where responsibilities encompassed quality management, project delivery, and ecological zone preparation. Huub's extensive expertise spans project management methodologies, including IPM and UAVgc, and includes significant contributions to dike reinforcement projects and the renovation of energy facilities. Huub holds a degree from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed between 1983 and 1987.
