Ismail Shash

Ismail Shash is a proactive professional with diverse experience in logistics, culture, communications, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Forwarding specialist at TMA Logistics since October 2024, Ismail previously held various roles at JOE & THE JUICE, including Culture and Communications Coordinator and Cultural Officer, where responsibilities focused on enhancing the employee experience through cultural initiatives. Earlier positions included Juicer and Recruiter, emphasizing teamwork and recruitment strategies. Ismail also gained valuable insights as a Private Equity Intern at EFG Hermes and as a Student Intern at UniPal, where event facilitation and advertising campaigns were key contributions. A dedicated community advocate, Ismail organized numerous events while serving as National Junior Representative for CISV Egypt, successfully fundraising for orphanages and representing Egypt at multiple international meetings. Ismail is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam.
